Our first visit/inspection?
What to expect from our initial visit/inspection?
Arrival – A Rainbow van will arrive at the property.
Introduction – Our technician will introduce themselves and begin a fact finding exercise/interview with the customer regarding the incident.
Job Scope – Our technician will now determine where the damage begins and ends. They will if necessary contact your insurance company.
Report – A report of the incident will be started on the technician’s iPad, they will verify all information and record information on the incident, all tasks completed and required.
Pictures – Pictures will be taken of the damage before beginning any work.
Procedures – Our technician will begin carrying out our triage restoration process.
Further report/documentation – All necessary information will be added the technicians iPad’s.
Wrap up – Our technician will ask if you have any questions and verify that you understand the job process.
Clean up – Our technician will clean up and bag all rubbish and collect/put away all tools.
Follow up – Our office will book in further visits
